Doc Rivers is no longer the head coach of the Los Angeles Clippers, and rapper Vince Staples couldn't be happier.

Staples, who is a diehard Clips fan, took to social media to savagely react to Rivers no longer being his favorite team's head coach.

Doc Rivers and the Clippers had a 3-1 series lead over the Denver Nuggets in the second round of the 2020 playoffs. All signs pointed toward the Clips making the Western Conference Finals for the first time in franchise history at Walt Disney World.

Instead, the Clippers blew their second 3-1 series lead under Rivers' watch and became the butt of jokes on NBA Twitter. Seemingly everyone on social media ripped Rivers and the Clips for blowing their massive advantage since the team had All-Stars Kawhi Leonard and Paul George leading the way.

Back in June of 2016, Vince Staples said, “I've hated the Clippers my entire life, and I've loved them so much.” The talented musician is surely hoping owner Steve Ballmer and president Lawrence Frank will hire the right coach who can take the franchise to the promised land since he's suffered a lot from being a Clips fan.

However, the Western Conference is going to be tougher next season since the Golden State Warriors will be contenders again and the Los Angeles Lakers aren't going anywhere. The Dubs had the worst record in the NBA this season, but Stephen Curry, Klay Thompson, Draymond Green and Andrew Wiggins will be making their debut as a foursome in 2020-21.

With that being said, the clock is ticking on the Clippers to win a championship while Leonard and George are on the roster, as both players can become unrestricted free agents in 2021.
