Speed kills and when you pair that up with power, even the best of defenders won’t even stand a chance.

Such was the case for Dallas Mavericks forward Dorian Finney-Smith on Tuesday night, as he looked completely helpless against Los Angeles Clippers superstar Kawhi Leonard.

In the second quarter of their respective teams’ match at the American Airlines Center, the reigning NBA Finals MVP secured a good post-up against Finney-Smith.

Kawhi made a swift turn-around move upon receiving the basketball and just needed a single dribble to get past his defender. Leonard bullied his way inside and capped off the amazing play with a one-handed hammer.

The visiting Clipper dominated the half, 62-46.

Leonard is averaging monstrous stats of 25.7 points, 8.0 rebounds, 5.5 assists and 2.1 steals while shooting 43.5 percent from the field and a 30.0 percent clip from beyond the arc.
