LA Clippers teammates Kawhi Leonard and Paul George were recently featured in an amusing ad for Terminator: Dark Fate, starring Arnold Schwarzenegger and Linda Hamilton.

In the clip, Leonard is welcomed to Los Angeles by Schwarzenegger, who's working on his biceps in a gym. Arnold, the original Terminator, gave Leonard the same moniker after a short greeting.

“Hey Kawhi, welcome to LA,” Schwarzenegger says in the clip. “It's great to have you here. Plus, it's good to see another Terminator.”

“I don't know why you called me that,” Leonard said in response as the two walked into another room.

“Because you have zero emotions,” Schwarzenegger explained. “You feel no pain, you have no mercy. Trust me, it's a complement. Okay?”

Arnold and Kawhi then ran into George, who joked about seeing two Terminators:

“Woah… am I seeing double?” George said. “Somebody call Sarah Connor.”

And just like that, Linda Hamilton entered the shot. She even took a quick jab at Kawhi's laugh:

“Well, isn't this cute?” A Terminator convention.”

Kawhi's new nickname comes from his ability to knock off some of the more dominant teams (and players) in the NBA. Last season, the former 15th overall pick led the Toronto Raptors to their first title in franchise history, besting the Golden State Warriors in 4-2 fashion. In the 2014 Finals, he led the San Antonio Spurs past LeBron James and the Miami Heat.

With the additions of Leonard and George, the Clippers are already being viewed as a favorite in the Western Conference. However, George is expected to miss roughly ten games due to a shoulder ailment.

LA opens the 2019-20 regular season on Tuesday night with a highly-anticipated matchup against the Lakers. Tip-off inside the STAPLES Center is set for 10:30 p.m. ET, with TNT having live broadcast coverage.
