Dallas Cowboys defensive back Trevon Diggs came down with another interception for number eight on the season.

Trevon Diggs has been sensational this season for the Cowboys and they're going to need him to continue this type of play come playoff time.

There have been some questions about Trevon Diggs and his coverage. Many fans around the league believe that he's not a great one-on-one defender and if he's not making an interception he's not a great defensive back. Whether that's true or not, what Diggs has done by picking off eight passes is impressive. What's even more impressive is that Diggs is doing this in only his second NFL season.

The future is extremely bright in Dallas as they're going to have a cornerstone for their defense in Trevon Diggs. They also have some very bright spots in their offense with Dak Prescott and Cee Dee Lamb. The Cowboys are playing better than they have in the past decade. This is the most talented team that they have had in a very long time.

Dallas has a commanding lead in the NFC East. They are 6-2 on the season and the second-place Philadelphia Eagles are 3-6. Dallas is coming off a disappointing loss to the Denver Broncos.

They looked to bounce back this week and they are doing just that, they lead the Atlanta Falcons 43-14 at the start of the fourth quarter.
