Damian Lillard entered the NBA in 2012 as the sixth overall pick of the draft. The Portland Trail Blazers selected the scoring guard out of Weber State and developed him into one of the best point guards in the NBA today.

While he has yet to reach the NBA Finals with the Blazers, Lillard has had the pleasure of playing with some great teammates. The five-time All-Star is an easy superstar to play with since he's humble and doesn't throw teammates under the bus.

With that said, we list the best players Damian Lillard has paired up with on the Blazers.

CJ McCollum

CJ McCollum and Lillard have been teammates throughout CJ's NBA career. They are widely regarded as one of the best dynamic duos in the league.

McCollum has career averages of 18.4 points since getting drafted by the Blazers in 2013. Lillard, meanwhile, is putting up 24.8 points and 6.5 dimes with McCollum as his teammate.

LaMarcus Aldridge

LaMarcus Aldridge and Damian Lillard were teammates for three seasons in Portland. LaMarcus averaged 22.5 points and 10.1 rebounds with Dame as his point guard from 2012 to 2015.

However, LA chose to sign with the San Antonio Spurs in the summer of 2015, ending his run with Lillard.

Dame averaged 20.2 points and 6.1 assists while playing with Aldridge. There's a chance the two stars may be teammates again though, as Aldridge has talked about wanting to finish his career with the Blazers.

Nic Batum

Nic Batum shared the same locker room with Lillard for three years. Nic averaged 12.3 points while playing with the All-Star guard.

To recall, Batum was the one who passed the ball to Lillard back in the 2014 playoffs against the Houston Rockets. Dame drained the incredible triple with 0.9 seconds left to send Portland to the second round.

Carmelo Anthony

Carmelo Anthony was averaging 15.3 points, 6.3 rebounds and 1.6 assists in 2019-20 before games were suspended due to COVID-19. The future Hall of Famer is way past his prime, but he's still a productive player at this stage of his career.

Lillard was averaging 28.9 points in 2019-20. Interestingly, he played a huge part in getting Melo to Rip City, as he spoke to Anthony before the Blazers signed Carmelo and ended his one-year exile from the NBA.

 Jusuf Nurkic

Jusuf Nurkic arrived to the Blazers during the 2016-17 season from the Denver Nuggets. All he has done since then is average 15.0 points, 9.7 rebounds and 1.5 blocks for Portland.

Lillard is averaging 27.0 points since becoming teammates with Nurkic. The Blazers will be surefire playoff contenders whenever the 2020-21 season starts since Nurkic has already recovered from his leg injury.
