Sacramento Kings center DeMarcus Cousins is known to be one of the more fiery players in the NBA today and often gets himself in trouble for verbal altercations and his behavior on the court.

However, in his latest interview, the 26-year-old Kentucky product was a far cry from what the members of the media have been accustomed to seeing from him. Cousins was surprisingly in a good mood and even greeted the reporters surrounding him with a smile, including the ones he used to have beef with.

He even told them that he missed them all.

Cousins' amiable persona during the interview was something unexpected but whatever the reason was, the media present just went on with their job at hand and threw questions at the two-time All-Star which he all answered calmly.

This is definitely something that the Kings' officials and even their fans can take positively as their franchise player is showing signs of maturity. After getting slapped with a $50,000 fine for the verbal spat he was involved in, this is just how his team wanted him to respond and are hoping he can continue to do in the future.
