Dion Waiters is a proud Philadelphian, while Kevin Durant is a D.C. kid. So when Waiters’ Philadelphia Eagles and Durant’s Washington Redskins met in Week 1 of the NFL season, the former Oklahoma City teammates decided to take in the big game between the two rivals together live.

There was a short video posted on YouTube which shows some highlights of their day out.

Things did not go too well for Durant and his Redskins, who lost, 30-17. Meanwhile, Waiters was all too happy to gloat about his team's win in the video. He showed the emptying bleachers as Redskins fans quickly headed for the exits in defeat. And in the end, he showed himself proudly sporting his Eagles jersey.

The Eagles and Redskins will meet for the second time on October 23. Until then though, Durant will have no choice but to stomach whatever trash Waiters wants to talk as he currently has bragging rights in their friendly rivalry.
