The Los Angeles Dodgers have seemingly been involved in just about every rumor thus far.

After collapsing in the National League Division Series against the Washington Nationals, the Dodgers are looking to get aggressive this winter, particularly at the third base spot.

They have already shown some interest in Josh Donaldson, but Los Angeles has eyes on the main prize at the hot corner: Anthony Rendon.

Jon Heyman of MLB Network reports that Rendon remains on L.A.'s radar, with current third baseman Justin Turner already stating that he would have no problems changing positions:

The Dodgers worked for years to get below the luxury tax, and signing Rendon could put them back over the threshold. However, they have the benefit of knowing that Rendon does not want to play well into his 30s.

This could indeed prompt the Dodgers to offer Rendon (29) something akin to a four- or five-year deal at a higher annual value, something that Rendon's other pursuers may not be as inclined to match.

Rendon is an NL MVP finalist this year after the finest season of his career. The Houston, TX native slashed .319/.412/.598 with 34 homers and an MLB-best 126 RBIs. He also dominated in the postseason, hitting over .400 in each of the first two rounds before clubbing a pair of homers and tallying 8 RBIs in the World Series.

Los Angeles could move Turner to first base and Max Muncy to second should they sign Rendon, which could also leave some of their utility players (Chris Taylor, Enrique Hernandez and Alex Verdugo) open to trade.
