Over the last few years, the Cleveland Browns haven't been considered a destination location, but wide receiver Jarvis Landry seems excited with his new start after his experience with the Miami Dolphins.

Last week, Landry said that the Browns quarterback situation was a lot better then what he had in Miami. He expanded on those comments on Wednesday saying he didn't have a good relationship with Dolphins quarterback Ryan Tannehill.

“I'm not surprised,” Landry said when asked why he had not heard from Tannehill since his departure via NFL.com. “We didn't really have a good relationship anyway, so I'm not surprised.”

“I wasn't trying to look back in the rearview mirror, you know. I'm focused on here and where we're taking it here. I wasn't trying to take a shot at him. I understand how hard every guy in this NFL works, especially at the position, especially at the quarterback position. But at the same time too… I give credit where credit is due.”

It's interesting to see that Landry and Tannehill didn't get along because the two seemed to make a good duo together. In Landry's three seasons with Dolphins he had 288 receptions, but sometimes it doesn't matter how much success there is if two players can't get along the relationship is not repairable.

Landry gets a new start now with Tyrod Taylor and Baker Mayfield, and he seems to be enjoying his time with both of the guys. Whoever starts under center for the Browns this year, there is no question that Landry will be seeing the ball coming his way a lot.
