In the least surprising news since the sun was going to rise this morning, the Duke Blue Devils are the heavy favorite to win the 2019 NCAA Tournament. This comes after Zion Williamson led the Blue Devils to the ACC Tournament title over the weekend.

Here are the odds, per BetOnline.ag:

Duke +225
Virginia +550
Gonzaga +600
North Carolina +800
Michigan State +1200
Kentucky +1200

It's tough to blame the oddsmakers for this. While upsets happen every year in the NCAA Tournament, Duke's ridiculous talent level gives them the best chance to win it all.

Williamson is the consensus No. 1 pick in the draft, and he just dominated the ACC Tournament after missing five games with a knee injury. R.J. Barrett is a strong candidate to go No. 2 overall, with Murray State's Ja Morant another candidate to be picked right behind Zion. In Sam Vecenie's most recent mock draft at The Athletic, Williamson and Barrett are going first and third, respectively.

Cam Reddish has been a disappointment this season, but he still may go in the top five of the upcoming draft. Point guard Tre Jones is another possible first-round pick in the Blue Devils' starting lineup.

The favorite is not guaranteed to win by any means, but purely based on talent, Duke is the best team in college basketball.
