The Philadelphia Eagles have agreed to a three-year contract extension with defensive lineman Brandon Graham, according to Josh Alper of Pro Football Talk.

Graham is coming off of a season in which he played all 16 games and finished with 39 tackles, four sacks, a forced fumble, and a fumble recovery in what was actually his least productive year in quite some time.

The 30-year-old, who played his collegiate football at the University of Michigan, was originally selected by the Eagles in the first round (13th pick overall) of the 2010 NFL Draft.

He played in 13 games during his rookie campaign, totaling 13 tackles, three sacks, and a couple of forced fumbles.

Graham then missed most of the 2011 season due to injury, and the following year, he tallied 38 tackles, 5.5 sacks, a pair of forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery.

While Graham remained consistent over his first several seasons, he never really broke out, topping out at 6.5 sacks through the 2016 campaign. However, in 2017, the Detroit native finally had a truly big year, racking up 47 stops, 9.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, a fumble recovery, and a defensive touchdown in helping the Eagles win their first ever Super Bowl title.

Over the course of his nine-year NFL career, Graham has accumulated 42.5 sacks and 16 forced fumbles.

The Eagles won nine games this past year and were able to sneak into the playoffs during the final week of the regular season. They then upset the Chicago Bears in the Wild Card Round of the playoffs before falling to the New Orleans Saints in the Divisional Round.
