Philadelphia Eagles fans cringed a few weeks back when first-round pick Devonta Smith went on the shelf with an MCL sprain. Well, it appears he's on track with his recovery with Week 1 quickly approaching.

As of Monday, the Eagles wide receiver is day-to-day, which is definitely a step in the right direction. Smith has impressed in training camp when healthy, showcasing just why the team selected him at 10th overall in April.
Many are excited to see what he can do with his former Alabama QB Jalen Hurts, who is expected to be the first stringer for Philly this season. With the two having familiarity with one another, their chemistry should definitely result in success on the gridiron.

His college numbers at one of the best programs in the nation are proof.
