Matt Ryan was just one of the many quarterbacks trashed by Jalen Ramsey earlier this week with Ramsey saying Ryan was just a product of what Kyle Shanahan created for him. Ryan, however, doesn't seem to be too concerned about what Ramsey said and went on the Dan Patrick show to talk about it.

“I’ve played for 11 years,” Ryan told Dan Patrick on Thursday, via D. Orlando Ledbetter of the Atlanta Journal-Constitution. “And so I’ve heard my fair share of trash talking from a lot of different people. If this stuff kept me up at night, I probably wouldn’t be doing what I’m doing. So I don’t pay too much mind to it. I’m about winning games, and I’m about being the absolute best player that I can be. So that’s kind of my thoughts on it.”

It's interesting that Ramsey picked on Ryan, who is clearly one of the better quarterbacks in the league; but with all the stars who were criticized by the Jacksonville Jaguars cornerback, no one was safe. Falcons quarterback Dan Quinn also didn't seem too worried about the comments, saying they don't need to listen to anyone outside the organization to get themselves ready.

Quinn said it's all about the team first and, even though some teams might use it as bulletin board material, they wouldn't be doing that. The Falcons will play the Jaguars next Saturday in both teams' third preseason game and there is no question it will be a talking point leading into the game.
