Before today, a majority of the Fatui Harbingers were shrouded in mystery. The most recent Genshin Impact trailer finally pulled the curtain on the mysterious group.

The Eleven Fatui Harbingers

The group formally known as The Eleven Fatui Harbingers, each powered with Delusions from the Tsaritsa. As the executive officers of the Fatui, they are also the Tsaritsa's lieutenants. Before the reveal of the majority of the Harbingers, we only knew of Childe, Signora, and Scaramouche. The other eight were only officially revealed today.

Here's a group photo, along with their names and titles, courtesy of SaveYourPrimos:

From left to right, here's everything we know about each Harbinger.

The Captain – Il Capitano

Il Capitano is voiced by Narita Ken in the Japanese voice-over. Some of his notable roles include Sesshomaru in Inuyasha, Illuso from JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Golden Wind, and Adult Reborn from Reborn!.

His English voice actor is Chris Tergliafera who also voices Naganohara Ryuunosuke in Genshin Impact. He is also known for voicing Muhammad Avdol in JoJo's Bizarre Adventure, and Gundham Tanaka in Danganronpa 2: Goodbye Despair, among other roles.

Not much is known about Il Capitano, aside from the fact that he has a high chance to be playable.

Childe has a voice line pertaining to Il Capitano:

I've seen him in battle before, and oh what a sight it was. Perhaps I'm ranked too low for him to notice me right now. Well, he may not recognize my strengths yet, but one day, I'll show him what I'm made of.

Marionette – Sandrone

Sandrone's JP voice actress was revealed to be Honda Mariko, who has voiced Aioi Yuuko from Nichijou, Mazinger Z from Robot Girls Z, and Rokuonji Kaoruko from Wagamama High Spec, among many others.

Her English voice actress is Deneen Melody, who has lent her voice in Fire Emblem Warriors: Three Hopes, Eternal Return, Miraculous: Tales of Ladybug & Cat Noir and many more.

Leaks suggest that she is a yandere, an archetype mostly seen in Japanese media who is “often sweet and caring before switching into displaying an extreme, often violent, level of devotion to a love interest.” Her mechanical companion is made by her, using living people. Her title Marionette pays homage to this, and the other people she made into her puppets. Sandrone also likely uses the tall female model.

We may meet Sandrone around the time Fontaine is released, which is expected to be version 4.0.

Sandrone makes Childe uncomfortable, according to this voiceline:

She always seems engrossed in her research. Hmm… I wonder if those machines have anything to do with her? Anyway, I've only met her a few times, but every time she looked like she wanted to murder me. I have no idea what I possibly could have done to annoy her, though.

The Rooster – Pulcinella

The Rooster, Pulcinella, will be voiced by Cho in the JP voice-over. Cho gave life to Brook from One Piece among many others during his long tenure as a voice actor.

He is voiced by Dave B. Mitchell in the English voice-over,  who has given voice to a plethora of characters, including Alois in Fire Emblem: Three Houses and Three Hopes, multiple characters in Arcane, and Geras and Sektor in Mortal Kombat 11.

His playability is currently up in the air, as he would require a new model (the short male model) to be playable.

Childe seems to like Pulcinella:

I don't know what his motivations could be, but he seems genuine about wanting to help me. He treats me just like family. Oh, and speaking of family — Tonia and Teucer are always telling me about the pastries and other gifts he brings them when they write. So while I've been away from Snezhnaya, he's kept his promise to take care of my family.

Damselette – Columbina

Voiced by Lynn in the JP voice-over, Columbina shares her voice actress with Kirisu Mafuyu from Bokutachi wa Benkyou ga Dekinai, Kaminashi Nozomi from Keijo, and Munetani Mashiro from High School Fleet.

She is voiced by Emi Lo in the English voice-over, who has been the voice of many anime characters, including Rena Ryugu from Higurashi: When They Cry and Aoi from The Quintessential Quintuplets.

The Damselette will use the short female model, like Ayaka and Keqing. She is described as being immensely strong, “aristocratic, polite, perpetually tired,” and not having a lot of emotional range, “even in the face of extreme violence or when saying some f*cked up sh*t.”

Columbina can be expected as playable, and it seems we will get a chance to meet her at around Fontaine's release too.

Childe talks about Columbina, her rank, and her unsettling demeanor:

The Fatui Harbingers are ranked by strength, and I have no idea why that girl is No. 3. I'd test my skills with every Harbinger who ranks above me if I had the chance, but when it comes to her… something just doesn't feel right. Anyway, you should be careful around her.

The Jester – Pierro

The ominous Jester's Japanese voice actor is Yasuhiro Mamiya, who has given voice to Gengar in Pokemon, Spectra Phantom in Bakugan Battle Brawlers, and Manboshi in One Piece.

Prominent voice actor Richard Tatum  voices Pierro. Some of his  previous roles include Rex Goodman from Fallout 4, Theodore Roosevelt in Civilization VI, and Agent 9 and Bartholomew in Spyro Reignited Trilogy.

Currently, Pierro's playability is unsure, and a lot about this character is still unknown.

Childe has the following voice line pertaining to the Jester:

He was the first ever Fatui Harbinger, and today he is our leader. He only appears on important occasions. As for his accomplishments… To be honest, I don't really care. I owe my loyalty and devotion to the Tsaritsa, no one else.

The Knave – Arlecchino

Arlecchino, voiced by Nanako Mori on the JP voice-over, shares her voice with Kenjou Akira from Kirakira Precure A La Mode, among many other characters.

Erin Yvette is Arlecchino's English voice actress. She's been a voice in many video games, including Vykas in Lost Ark, Sophia in Shin Megami Tensei V, and Keiko in Lost Judgement.

She is described as a “control freak who enjoys taking underlings under her wing. Normally, she is graceful, polite, patient, and a master of etiquette, but can switch to fierce cruelty.” “Classy” and “handsome” are more suitable descriptors for her, than “pretty” or “beautiful.” She runs an orphanage called the House of the Hearth, as referenced in the World Quest series “The Very Special Fortune Slip.”

There's a high chance of her being playable, and we'd get to meet her with a lot of the other Harbingers around the time of Fontaine's release at late 3.x or early 4.x.

It seems Arlecchino isn't too loyal, according to Childe:

Look, I've got nothing against people who have their own agendas — I myself joined the Fatui to get more experience in combat. But I don't like her at all. If she stood to benefit from betraying others, she'd turn against the Tsaritsa in a heartbeat. There isn't a sane bone in her body.

Regrator – Pantalone

Pantalone has Takanori Hoshino as his JP voice actor, who has also voiced Hijikata Toshizou in Fate/Grand Order, and Mickey Mouse in Kingdom Hearts.

J. Michael Tatum is his EN voice actor, who has voiced Erwin Smith in Attack on Titan, Sebastian Michaelis in Black Butler, and Tenya Iida from My Hero Academia. It seems Tatum has an affinity for voicing bespectacled characters and can add Pantalone to this list.

He can also be expected to be playable somewhere down the line. He is described as being “highly intelligent, calculating, and logical,” and “extremely rich, keeps a close pulse on assets and the movement of various markets.” He will use the tall male model.

This Childe voiceline reinforces the “extremely rich” portion of the description:

Oh, now that guy has a head full of grandiose plans fueled by raw ambition. I don't understand a word he says once he starts talking about his theories… Eh, but as long as he keeps our cash reserves stocked up, I'm not complaining.

The Doctor – Il Dottore

The Doctor is voiced by veteran voice actor Toshihiko Seki in the JP voice over, who also voiced Iruka in Naruto and Boruto, among many others.

Mark Wingert gave voice to Il Dottore in the English voice-over. Wingert voiced Heimerdinger in Arcane, Iron Man in What If, and Po in Kung Fu Panda: The Paws of Destiny.

Dottore has a high chance of being playable, and as the trailer suggested, he has taken “snapshots” of himself at different ages of his life, and created androids of each. We even get to see the “prime” Dottore at the end of the trailer. The prime is described as “someone who's been evil for a very long time and now operates with the subtelty of a wise, detached observer.”

The “snapshot” has been confirmed by the leaked Childe voiceline:

I heard that he took segments of himself at different ages, made prostheses out of them, and assigned different tasks to each one. I know… all my comrades are a little weird. Come to think of it, if I met my own prosthesis… Hah, we'd have to fight then and there to decide which one of us gets to survive.
