Former University of Hawaii star quarterback Colt Brennan was found dead at the age of 37, according to Hawaii News Now. Details about his passing have not surfaced yet, and the Hawaii fans and sports world mourn the passing of one of the best quarterback's in recent college football memory.

Brennan shattered multiple records for the Rainbow Warriors before drafted by the Washington Football Team in the sixth round back in the 2008 NFL Draft. He was named the WAC Offensive Player of the year twice and First Team All-Conference twice as well.

Brennan was sensational in Hawaii, which included tossing 58 touchdown passes in one season, good for second all-time for a single season. He also set the record for most games with 400 or more passing yards, which he did an improbable 20 times.

To add to Brennan's accolades, he ranks as fourth in all-time touchdowns with 131 and sixth in passing yards with 14,193. He was also a Heisman Trophy finalist in 2007. He had a cannon and unfortunately didn't last in the NFL very long.

Brennan's life after the NFL wasn't the best. He was arrested multiple times and was also charged with disorderly conduct as recently as November of 2020. He was just 37 years old.
