The Euro 2020 has been a fantastic tournament and Monday was absolutely no exception. The match against France and Switzerland was supposed to be an easy one for France. However, it turned into one of the wildest, unpredictable, thrilling finishes in the Euro tournament. Some would say that the Golden State Warriors showed up at the Euro 2020 and after a 3-1 lead shrunk.
Switzerland held the lead for some time before France scored two goals in the span of 90 seconds to steal all the momentum.

The extra time went without a goal, although both sides had a shot to score and came up short. It boiled down to penalty kicks. The crowd was wild and both France and Switzerland were fighting every single second of the way.
Ultimately, Switzerland walked away with the victory after a 5-4 penalty kick shootout. Pure madness and pandemonium to knock out France, and the 3-1 lead is never comfortable in any sport.
