A new series of Genshin Impact leaks seem to reveal the featured 4 star characters on the Yae Miko banner, as well as the featured 5 star weapons. Do note that these are subject to change and should be taken with a grain of salt.
The Yae Miko banner will run on the first half of Genshin Impact Version 2.5. Up until now, we had no knowledge of the other details for the banner.
Characters
5 star – Yae Miko (Electro Catalyst)
This was already common knowledge, after the Tweets made by the official Genshin Impact Twitter account a few weeks ago.
4 star – Fischl (Electro Bow), Diona (Cryo Bow), and Thoma (Pyro Polearm)
An odd collection of 4 stars, but all of these provide good support and synergy with Yae Miko's skills. Fischl hasn't been featured in a banner in a while, so fans of her will be happy seeing her back in the pool.
Weapons

5 stars – Kagura's Verity (Catalyst) and Primordial Jade Cutter (Sword)
Kagura's Verity is no surprise, as this is widely considered to be Yae Miko's best weapon. Primordial Jade Cutter, however, while looking out of place in the banner, is still a good weapon and is easily compatible with many characters.
4 stars – Rainslasher, Eye of Perception, Stringless
Genshin Impact 2.5
