EA College Football 25 brings tons of new gameplay features to both sides of the ball, and of course, the coaching. EA Orlando is adding some cool features to EA College Football 25's coaching, including a Coach Vision and Real Time Coaching mechanics. If you plan on playing Dynasty mode and making your school the best in the league, you might want to learn more about the new coaching mechanics Without further ado, let's take a look at some of these new features.

EA College Football 25 To Implement Real Time Coaching Mechanics

EA College Football 25 is making some convenient improvements for coaching, including a Coach Vision with detailed pre-snap information, and a Real Time Coaching Mechanic.

Firstly, EA College Football 25 Coach Vision, as mentioned before, is a pre-snap system that provides you with information about the play. Technically, we've been able to identify a lot of things pre-snap in the EA NCAA games. You can identify potential threats on an option play, or a player's stamina level. However, EA College Football 25's Coach Vision lets you see some additional info. In EA College Football 25, Coach Vision lets you see:

  • Wear & Tear – System that shows the damage level to all of your player's limbs. Managing your player health will be key in modes like RTG.
  • Composure & Confidence – Dual-sided bar that shows whether your player is hot or cold. Red (hot) signifies your player is composed, confident, and ready to make a play.

Real Time Coaching (RTC), on the other hand, is a much more expansive feature that “enhances” offensive and defensive play for the CPU. According to EA, the RTC engine makes coaches adapt to different situations differently. If you're running the ball down your opponent's throat, you'll opposing CPU make different adjustments to stop you.

Additionally, this means the CPU AI can make all sorts of adjustments like blitzing, containing your QBs, placing a spy, switching to zone or man coverage, etc. The AI is also aware of your player's ratings and abilities. So, if you come into the game with the #1 receiver in all of CFB, expect defenses to throw some double coverage your way.

On the defensive side of the ball, the CPU can also disguise their overage. And on offense, you will notice teams running the clock down if they're up by three scores or more. Overall, different situations will lead to different adjustments, thanks to RTC. This should hopefully make each drive of every game more immersive as the AI adjusts to your every move.

And that includes everything we know so far about Coaching mechanics in EA College Football 25. We look forward to seeing how it all looks, especially when we learn more about Dynasty and Road To Glory. At this point, we're extremely excited but also cautious about EA College Football 25. However, EA does seem to be showing a lot of effort as they hope to make an amazing return.
