As per the announcement, the HSR 2.3 Livestream will happen on June 7, 2024, at 4:30 AM PDT/ 7:30 PM UTC +8. Players can watch the HSR livestream either on their Twitch channel or on YouTube.
HSR Version 2.3 – What To Expect?
Thanks to the drip marketing, we have confirmation on who the new characters arriving in HSR version 2.3 are. The first is our beloved Stellaron Hunter and Penacony Tour Guide: Firefly.

Firefly is a 5-Star Fire character in HSR, following the path of Destruction. Based on leaks, Firefly's kit revolves around sacrificing HP to charge her Ultimate, before dealing a whole lot of damage in her empowered form. Her kit revolves around Break Effect, so running her with characters like Harmony Trailblazer and Ruan Mei is a must.

Jade, on the other hand, is a 5-Star Quantum character in HSR who follows the path of Erudition. From the leaks, Jade's kit involves empowering AoE attacks and following them up with her own. She will work great with other Erudion characters, as well as follow-up attackers.
With the arrival of these two characters, players can also expect the arrival of Firefly and Jade's signature Light Cones.
Version 2.3 will also likely bring with it a new chapter to the Penacony story, picking up where 2.2 left off. We will likely see more of Boothill's backstory, as well as what the “reaping” that Jade has been talking about entails.
We'll just have to wait and see what else the new version has in store for us.
