League of Legends Patch 12.10
League of Legends Patch 12.10 is a big one, and it changed not only the stats on all champions but also a good number of items, runes, and other systems. If you're looking for the champion changes, they're over here.
These changes are mainly aimed at lessening Healing, Shielding, and Grievous Wounds. Some Armor Pen and Magic Pen items were also tuned down.
