Olaf, Udyr, and Rammus are just some of the champions targeted by Riot in LOL Patch 11.3 coming next week.
LOL PATCH 11.3 IS BAD FOR JUNGLERS
Another patch is coming in the form of LOL Patch 11.3. Buffs and nerfs to different champions and items come with it. This time, it looks like Riot has turned their ire towards junglers.
Olaf, Rammus, Elise, Ivern, Udyr, and Taliyah all received minor nerfs on their skillsets. Here's a short summary of the changes that may be implemented in LOL Patch 11.3:
- Olaf -> Lowered base health by 20, passive attack speed lowered by 30% cap.
- Rammus -> Frenzying Taunt cooldown increased from 12s-10s to 12s for all levels.
- Elise -> Human Form Neurotoxin damage reduced from 40-180 to 40-160, and Volatile Spiderling attack speed lowered from 60-140 to 60-100%.
- Ivern -> Health per level reduced by 10HP, Triggerseed shield lowered from 80-220 to 80-200.
- Udyr -> Ultimate aura damage reduced by 25
- Taliyah -> Passive movement speed increased from 12-40 to 20-45%, and Threaded Volley stone damage after the first reduced by 20%
Of all the changes, we can expect Udyr's and Taliyah's nerfs to affect competitive play the most. The two are highly contested in drafts, and Udyr is enjoying a high win rate right now.
Riot's gameplay design director Mark Yetter tweeted about the Patch notes. While LOL Patch 11.3 isn't live yet, the devs can introduce more tweaks to the figures above.

Other champions receiving nerfs are Cho'Gath, Pantheon, Anivia, and Seraphine. Meanwhile, everyone else apart from junglers will enjoy buffs. These include Ezreal, Karma, Sylas, Singed, Riven, Jinx, Mordekaiser, Vladimir, and Shyvana. One of League's most recent additions, Rell, was also fixed to resolve an issue with her Attract and Repel ability.
There have also been a couple of changes with items, with buffs outnumbering nerfs. Perhaps the biggest nerf is on the Ironspike Whip, which no longer deals double damage on minions and monsters below 50% HP.
