Richardson started his career in video game development in 1990 with Gremlin Graphics, now Gremlin Interactive. He has over 30 years of experience, working mostly on the business development side of the industry. In 2015, he joined Sumo Digital where he became the Business Development Director of the Sheffield-based video game developer.
