Tribes of Midgard release date is scheduled on July 27, 2021, for the PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, and Windows PC. Players can form a tribe of up to ten players to up their chances of survival. In this game, you play as one of the warriors set for Ragnarok – Einherjar. But before the final epic battle between gods, the Einherjar will have to defend the seed of Yggdrasil from giants, dark elves, trolls, and all sorts of enemies. The game features a procedurally generated world, making each instance of the game an entirely unique experience. Tribes of Midgard features two main modes: the story-driven Saga mode, and the more open-ended survival mode.

While the game will be releasing exclusively on PlayStation for consoles, it's still not known whether the game will feature cross-platform play with PC. Hopefully, cross-platform play and cross-saves become a feature in the game eventually. But at launch, be sure to buy Tribes of Midgard on the console your friends are also on.
