And that's the complete list of debuting superstars in WWE 2K22. Sadly, due to the game's very outdated roster, many of these “new” wrestlers have since left the company and are very unlikely to appear in future WWE 2K games, such as Karrion Kross and Timothy Thatcher. Regardless, fans will definitely not let that stop them from getting these players on the ring, as WWE 2K22 still features a complete CAW suite that lets players upload their own creations – meaning, players can still play as any wrestler they want as long as that character is made in the creation suite. For example, we've already been seeing the likes of released superstars Bray Wyatt, Bryan Danielson, and CM Punk as downloadable characters in-game.
WWE 2K22 was released on PlayStation 4, Xbox Series X and Series S, Xbox One, PlayStation 5, Microsoft Windows, on March 11, 2022.
