miHoYo continuously suffers from information leaks owing to the massive success of Genshin Impact. The open-world adventure gacha attracted millions of players but it also opened the possibility for hacks and leaks. When something gains popularity, there will always be opportunistic people lurking close by. Case in point, many players currently enjoy the 1.4 Update of Genshin Impact but several others already claw at any possible hint towards the upcoming update. The most recent leaks indicate the possibility of the introduction of the new Inazuma region alongside the long-awaited Dendro characters.
LEAKS ON THE GENSHIN IMPACT SHIP
The Genshin developers undoubtedly hate leaks but fans eagerly wait for them. The alleged leak made rounds on the internet today spreading unconfirmed information about potential changes to the game in the future. Dendro allegedly officially makes its way to the game only after the four subsequent updates. Undoubtedly, the game is a long way away from Update 2.0 but that's what players have to wait for at this moment. Currently, Dendro remains the only element without any characters that specialize in it. Several players expected Dendro to come to Genshin in the recent updates but miHoYo evidently had other plans.
Players also eagerly await a brand new region to explore in-game. The current explorable area of Genshin could already eat up hours of playtime but there's more to come. Unconfirmed leaks point towards the possibility of the Inazuma region opening as early as the 1.6 Update. The entire region might not be accessible in a singular update but signs point towards parts of Inazuma being explorable as early as 1.6. Naturally, as with all leaks, players everywhere need to wait for miHoYo's official announcement to be absolutely sure.
Recently, miHoYo confirmed that Genshin Impact is on its way to PlayStation 5. The game continues to evolve, grow, and expand into other platforms. Genshin quickly became a smash hit following its release. Now, miHoYo looks to continue improving the game whether or not the information gets leaked early.
