For quite some time now, the feeling has been that the New York Giants will take Ohio State quarterback Dwayne Haskins with the sixth overall pick in the NFL Draft later this month.

It seems to make plenty of sense.

With 38-year-old Eli Manning clearly declining and entering the final year of his deal, the Giants are in need of a young signal-caller, and who better to roll with than Haskins, a New Jersey native who has been a life-long Giants fan?

While no one knows for sure which direction the Giants are going to go once they are on the clock, one thing seems certain: Haskins is hoping to get drafted by his hometown team.

In an Instagram video, Haskins posted himself working out in a Big Blue hoodie:

The question is, did Haskins go and pick up that shirt himself, or did he receive it during his two-day visit with the Giants earlier this week?

If it's the latter, then that may very well be an indication that New York does plan on taking him with the sixth overall pick.

Of course, there has also been some chatter that Haskins' stock has dropped dramatically, with Adam Schefter recently saying that some teams have told him that Haskins is not even a first-round talent.

Still, it seems hard to imagine Haskins slipping out of the first round, and the fit between Haskins and the Giants seems all too perfect.

Haskins is coming off of a brilliant sophomore campaign in which he threw for 4,830 yards and 50 touchdowns.
