As the New York Giants head into the offseason there are a lot of questions surrounding the team starting with if Eli Manning will be back as their starting quarterback. General Manager Dave Gettleman said that everything is still on the table with regards to Manning and no final decision has been made.

Manning made his final weekly appearance of the season on WFAN radio (via Newsday) and when asked by host Mike Francesca if he had seen the last of Manning as a Giants quarterback, the future Hall of Famer said: “We'll see.”

“I don’t know if it’s leaning one way or the other right now,” Manning said. “I think this is kind of the time to reflect and figure out what’s the best thing going forward.”

Manning said that he feels like he can still play at a high level and he likes the direction the team is going but all the losing has taken a toll on him and his family. He also said that he can't imagine putting on any other teams uniform and wants to end his career with the Giants.

If Manning doesn't want to retire the Giants could decide they are ready to move on from him although they don't seem to have any backup plan in place right now. The Giants will have the 6th pick in the upcoming draft and they could take a quarterback with that pick, but this isn't considered a great quarterback class which will raise even more questions why they didn't take a quarterback last year when they had the second overall pick.
