Odell Beckham Jr. and the 4-8 New York Giants have a pretty slim chance of getting into the playoffs this season. However, the star wideout wouldn’t mind playing spoiler for their division rivals if the Giants aren’t going to make it into the postseason themselves.

The Giants go on the road to face the struggling Washington Redskins on Sunday and host the current division leaders, the Dallas Cowboys, on Dec. 30 in the regular season finale.

“At this point, we can only focus on Washington. There is no ‘what if.' We're going out there to win,” Beckham said per Jordan Raanan of ESPN. “If our season is over, I'm making sure somebody else is coming home with us. That is the goal.

“The goal is to win all these games and see what happens, but if not, you have a tough game to play against us for the last four games.”

The Giants’ playoff hopes were pretty much dashed during the first half of the season as they went on a disastrous 1-7 start.

But despite that massive hole, OBJ did not lose hope. He said that his goals for the team after returning from their Week 9 bye were to go a perfect 8-0 the rest of the way and make it to the playoffs.

The Giants fell short of that undefeated run as they fell to the Philadelphia Eagles in Week 12. However, they have won their other three games, including a big overtime upset against the NFC North-leading Chicago Bears last week.

So while OBJ and the Giants likely won’t accomplish their ultimate goal, beating a couple of their biggest would be a nice consolation to conclude their season.
