The New York Giants lost on Thursday night against the Washington Football Team in a brutal fashion after Dustin Hopkins kicked a last-second field goal. During the game, Giants wide receiver Kenny Golladay was seen screaming on the sidelines in the direction of quarterback Daniel Jones.

However, it appears that Golladay wasn't exactly yelling at Jones. According to Zack Rosenblatt, Golladay was yelling towards Giants' offensive coordinator Jason Garrett, although it definitely looked like it was headed towards Jones in the moment.

Clearly, Golladay has a reason to be frustrated. After signing a big contract in the offseason, he has only seven catches on 14 targets for 102 yards and no touchdowns, and the Giants are 0-2 on the year.

The Giants paid Golladay big money to be the main guy, and so far he hasn't been, but that could be due to playcalling or some other issues.

The Giants will look to right the ship against the Atlanta Falcons on Sunday and one of these two teams will walk away with their first victory of the 2021 NFL season.

So, put the Golladay-Daniel Jones slander to rest, at least for now, and it will be interesting to see how things go about during Week 3.
