New York Giants rookie quarterback Daniel Jones was forced to miss a couple of weeks due to an ankle injury, but he was able to make his return to the field this week against the Washington Redskins.

Without missing a beat, Jones was able to lead the Giants down the field for a touchdown. New York fans have to be excited to have their new franchise quarterback back on the field. Seeing him throw the ball this well in his return from injury is a very positive sign.

The Giants finally seem like they have their future at quarterback. Eli Manning likely won't be back next season and Jones has shown signs of stardom at times. He has to work on cutting down his turnovers, but the rookie quarterback has all the tools to become something special.
