Memphis Grizzlies rookie Desmond Bane just torched the Utah Jazz in the dying seconds of the third quarter with a smooth buzzer-beating three in the grill of Jazz forward Georges Niang to the delight of Ja Morant and the entire Memphis bench. Bane's last-second three was the perfect ending to the Grizzlies' 34-point quarter and made sure he let Niang know about it.

Niang was all over Bane on his shot but the rookie was clearly unbothered as he punched in his second triple of the evening. Watch the two get tangled up after the play (via Bleacher Report):

Niang was also called for a technical foul for the altercation just to add sprinkle some salt on the open wound. Ouch.

These young Grizzlies are rolling.

The eighth-seeded squad continues their impressive stretch in the post-season. After battling it out with the San Antonio Spurs and the Golden State Warriors in the play-in tournament to grab the final spot in the West, these Grizzlies aren't showing any signs of fear as they face the top-seeded Jazz in the first round.

With the young Ja Morant leading the way, other young stars like Bane are gaining confidence and this Memphis squad has nothing to lose. Watch out, world – the Memphis Grizzlies are officially here.
