On Saturday night at Barclays Center, the Atlanta Hawks (5-17) picked up a shorthanded victory over the Brooklyn Nets for their third road win of the year. However, Hawks teammates Kent Bazemore and Dennis Schroder experienced a little bit of friendly fire during the game.

On FOX Sports: Hawks's Twitter account, a clip was posted of Bazemore and Schroder celebrating by the Atlanta bench. The two teammates tried to pull off a handshake, but unfortunately for Schroder, it had to come at the expense of getting poked in the eye by Bazemore.

Despite the blooper that was caught on camera, Dennis Schroder was the star on the night and led all scorers with 24 points, six assists, and three rebounds. Kent Bazemore finished with eight points, four boards, three steals, two 3-pointers, and a block during the victory. He also had a 3-of-6 shooting clip from the field and was 2-of-3 from behind the arc.

The Hawks, in search of their first back-to-back wins on the season, will host the Nets in a rematch on Monday night at Philips Arena.

“It's a good win for us, feels like we've been playing better,” Hawks head coach Mike Budenholzer said after the contest. “To actually finish a game and get a win is good for our group.”
