Miami Heat guard Dwayne Wade picked the perfect game to surpass Michael Jordan for an NBA record.

In the midst of completely taking over the late stages of Game 6 to push the Heat to a 97-90 victory over the Charlotte Hornets, Wade became the all-time leader in postseason blocks by a guard.

The 6'4″ shooting guard swatted two shots in Friday night's game, giving him 160 postseason blocks for his career—one more than Hornets owner Michael Jordan.

Perhaps most impressive is the fact that Wade established the record in 158 postseason games. Jordan played in 179 career postseason contests.
