The dust has now settled on the Miami Heat's 2021-22 season. Right now, it's likely that the front office has been keeping busy as they look ahead to the upcoming campaign. For head coach Erik Spoelstra, though, he's going to be quite preoccupied over the next few months in more ways than one.

Nikki Spoelstra, the wife of the Heat coach, announced on Twitter on Monday that the couple is now expecting their third child. Coach Spo currently has two kids with Nikki — both boys — and they're probably hoping for a girl this time around.

“Half way there with lots to celebrate 🎈 Excited to announce a new addition to our family arriving this fall!” Nikki wrote in her tweet.

Mrs. Spoelstra even shared a photo of herself in a bikini to show off her baby bump. Nikki revealed in her tweet that she's now “half way there” which is likely a reference to her pregnancy. She also did say that they expect their new baby to arrive this fall, which means that the Heat coach's wife could be four to five months pregnant at this point.
