Instagram fitness model Katya Elise Henry previously came under hot water for an anti-vax posted shared to her IG page.

But Henry, who is dating Miami Heat guard Tyler Herro, does not appear to be backing down from her stance on vaccination. She seemingly chided the Center for Disease Control (CDC) with another post on Monday afternoon.

Katya Elise Henry and Herro began dating last summer. She even joined him in the Orlando “bubble” during the NBA restart where the Heat made a miraculous run to the finals.

The vaccine has been a hot topic for months now with the U.S. desperately trying to get past COVID-19 and meet a threshold for vaccinations in a search for normalcy.

However, there is still some skepticism surrounding the vaccine, from normal citizens to NBA players and Instagram models. That skepticism was not likely helped by Tuesday morning's news the CDC was recommending a pause for the Johnson & Johnson vaccine due to blood clotting concerns, per the Associated Press:

The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention and the Food and Drug Administration announced that they were investigating unusual clots that occurred 6 to 13 days after vaccination. The FDA commissioner said she expected the pause to last a matter of days.

Of course, the important distinction of note is there were only six reportable cases of clotting from the J & J vaccine as compared to 6.8 million doses given throughout the country.

That said, different persons choose to embrace different narratives or even endorse unfounded conspiracy theories. Any sort of perceived issue could well be taken out of context.

Count Katya Elise Henry among those who have posited anti-vax theories.
