Earlier this month, LaVar Ball decided to pull out LaMelo Ball from Chino Hills High School, opting instead to homeschool the 16-year-old for the next two years.

While LaVar's decision caught everyone by surprise and raised concerns about his son's development, LaMelo Ball's fellow high school stars from the nation are in full support of the move.

During team USA's Basketball junior minicamp – where LaMelo is also participating – 5-star recruits Zion Williamson and Bol Bol, as well as a few other top high school prospects, voiced their opinion about LaMelo electing to do homeschool.

Even former NBA All-Star Penny Hardaway, who was an assistant coach in the camp, gave his two cents about what the Ball family did for their son's future.

Hardaway and Williamson's comments go right in line with LaVar's reason when he decided to homeschool LaMelo. The Ball patriarch previously cited he wants to lessen the distraction on his son while expressing his concern about Chino Hills' administration and new coach.

It remains to be seen how the decision will affect LaMelo Ball's development and ranking, but it seems there's nothing to worry now as the younger brother of Los Angeles Lakers rookie Lonzo Ball and UCLA guard LiAngelo Ball seems to be enjoying the new setup.
