Former San Antonio Spurs star and future NBA Hall-of-Famer, Tony Parker, has not been quiet since his 2019 retirement. From dating a young tennis star to saying he wants to own an NBA team to becoming the president of one of the best basketball teams in France, he has not shied away from the spotlight.
Now, he is making a different type of statement with his recent house posting. Listed by kuperrealty.com, the mega-listing was first pointed out by Zillow Gone Wild on Twitter:
“Former NBA star Tony Parker’s Texas home is for sale to start this week’s #zgwmansionmondays. It’s listed at $19.5 million and comes with a waterpark, greenhouse, fruit orchard, 1500 bottle wine cellar, and 6,000 square foot fitness center.”
That is a lot of money but it might be worth it to the right person, considering all of the extra things outside of the house (gym, orchard, waterpark.) But, when you find out the reason the house is being sold, you might have second thoughts.
That is unless you're looking for some bad relationship luck.
First off, this is the second divorce for Tony, who was also married to former Desperate Housewives actress Eva Longoria from 2007 to 2011 while he was still with the Spurs. Do you really want to come into a house that caused two divorces? All jokes aside, Parker announced last year that he was separated from his wife of nine years, Axelle.
He is now dating french tennis player, Alize Lim, but still lives in San Antonio. He has been spending more and more time in France, though, where he is president of the ASVEL basketball club, perhaps making the sale necessary.
