The Utah Jazz are active in the trade market, with news already on Monday that multiple teams are interested in Rodney Hood. But Hood is not the only one that could be on the trading block.

Per a report by Tony Jones of the Salt Lake Tribune, there are plenty of teams looking to acquire Alec Burks, but are a bit hesitant to do so.

“Besides Hood, teams are also showing trade interest in Jazz shooting guard Alec Burks, league sources tell The Tribune. The problem is, teams are hesitant to take on his contract, which pays him through the end of next season.”

Burks is making $10.8 million on his contract this year, and is slated to make $11.5 million next season, per HoopsHype. That's not a terrible contract, but for player averaging less than 10 points and 20 minutes per game, it's not exactly the best value for the money a team would have to pay him.
It's possible that Burks is not in the future plans for the Jazz. There is a reason the team signed him to that contract, but he has not performed as well statistically in the past two seasons compared to his previous three with the Jazz, during which he averaged double figures each year.
So other teams could look to give Burks a new situation and a change of scenery, and possibly more playing time. But the question is whether or not Burks is worth $11.5 million. Maybe he is, but not many teams have much cap space this summer.
In all likelihood, Burks stays put.
