New York Jets running back Le'Veon Bell has been dealing with a knee injury throughout the week and is listed as questionable for his team's game against the New York Giants on Sunday, per Rich Cimini of ESPN.com.

Bell underwent an MRI earlier in the week, but luckily, no structural damage was revealed. He has maintained that he will be playing against the Giants, so we'll see whether or not he suits up.

The 27-year-old has certainly seen better years.

In eight games this season, he has rushed for just 415 yards and a touchdown while averaging a meager 3.3 yards per carry. He has also logged 40 catches for 242 yards and a score.

Bell has totaled 70 rushing yards in a single game just once this season, which came back in Week 7 when he hit 70 yards on the dot in a blowout loss to the New England Patriots.

The Reynoldsburg, Oh. native signed a four-year deal with the Jets back in March.

Bell spent the first six years of his NFL career with the Pittsburgh Steelers, although he sat out all of 2018 due to a contract dispute with the club. He also held out through Week 1 of 2017 due to the same issue, but he returned in Week 2 and registered 1,291 yards and nine touchdowns while hauling in 85 receptions for 655 yards and a couple of scores for the season, making the Pro Bowl and earning a First-Team All-Pro selection.

Overall, Bell made three Pro Bowls and notched First-Team All-Pro honors three times during his tenure with the Steelers.

The Jets are just 1-7 thus far in 2019.
