Philadelphia 76ers center Joel Embiid has a lot of reason to enjoy this summer. His team was able to add the consensus top pick of the draft, Markelle Fultz, to their fold and also brought in veterans J.J. Redick and Amir Johnson to bolster their lineup. That said, he is making the most of the break, and even watched some live baseball action.

During the MLB’s Home Run Derby on Monday, the 7-foot Kansas product was seen among the fans who enjoyed the event. Embiid then joined some of them in trying to catch a dinger, which shows that he isn’t shy of letting everyone know that he's a fan of the game as well.

He then took to his Twitter account where he showed off two baseballs in his hand.

The 23-year-old Cameroonian international has continued to make a lot of news with his social media posts, and was even fined by the NBA last week for inappropriate language used in an Instagram post. With his presence during the Home Run Derby, it was hard not to notice him given his height and built, but it also goes to show that he is young at heart, and is not afraid to be seen having fun just like any regular person.
