When Kevin Durant decided to join the Golden State Warriors in free agency, he was joining three of the greatest shooters in basketball history – Steph Curry, Klay Thompson, and Steve Nash.
Nash has worked as a consultant with the Warriors since September 2015. As part of the role, he works closely with players in order to pass on specialist advice. The latest example of Nash's recent work comes in the form of a video that features Nash working on a stutter step back jump shot:
Some fans were worried about how much Durant would have to adjust to sharing the ball and limelight with his star teammates. This hasn't been a problem, as the 28-year-old has been impressive, averaging 25.7 points, 8.7 rebounds, and 4.7 assists, whilst his team sits at 30-5.
If it is even possible for Kevin Durant to improve on the offensive end, he's in the right hands with the two-time NBA MVP.
