For center Willie Cauley-Stein of the Sacramento Kings, his team's culture has changed and they form part of a brotherhood.

Per Jason Anderson of the Sacramento Bee, Cauley-Stein strongly believes that they have gone over the hump and can be considered stronger than before:

“We're a ball club now,” WCS said. “… We're linked. We're together. Regular teams be on some regular s—, but we ain't regulars. We're a club. It's a brotherhood.”

Cauley-Stein was the sixth overall pick by the Kings in the 2015 NBA Draft. And ever since then, the Kings have been one of the worst teams in the league.

But way before Cauley-Stein set foot in the Kings' locker room, the franchise has already had its fair share of disappointments. The last time they made it to the playoffs was back in the 2005-2006 season. It was a downhill trend from there. Though the Kings got one of the top picks in the drafts, they never really made progress.

Now, they currently sport a 14-12 record. Though it's a long way to go, it's definitely one of their best starts in recent memory. It certainly helps that Cauley-Stein, along with the rest of his teammates have formed a brotherhood. It's going to be tough, especially since the Kings are out in the West. But from Cauley-Stein's words, the Kings are going to be alright.
