In case y'all forgot, Derrick Rose still holds the record for being the youngest ever NBA MVP. The New York Knicks star made history several years ago when he bagged the coveted individual award at the age of 22. Right now, though, it looks like his son PJ is going to be gunning for that same record soon.

At just nine years of age, PJ Rose is already showcasing his skills as a basketball star. Needless to say, he's picked up some of his dad's genes when it comes to his play on the court (h/t Ballislife on YouTube):

That boy can ball. PJ looked like a man among boys and we're pretty sure his dad could not be more proud. It seems like the Knicks veteran has been giving his son a few pointers, and the results have been marvelous. PJ is much taller than most of the players in the game, which clearly gave him a significant advantage as well.

PJ is just nine, but at this point, it wouldn't be too early for scouts to start looking into him. Derrick Rose is a generational talent and the Knicks guard appears to have passed on some of his best moves to his kid.
