New York Knicks fans are killing Dallas Mavericks star Kristaps Porzingis in his Twitter mentions after KP posted a random dunk highlight from his loss to the Knicks during the 2019-20 season at MSG.
Porzingis, who was traded by the Knicks to the Mavs in Jan. 2019, is still a villain in New York after his trade request went public. So, Knicks fans are bashing the Unicorn in his mentions since New York went 2-0 against the Mavs in 2019-20.

The Knicks may have gone 2-0 against Kristaps Porzingis and the Mavs, but the franchise missed the playoffs in 2019-20. New York hasn't had a winning record or made the playoffs since the 2012-13 campaign.
Porzingis, who recently underwent his second knee surgery, was booed every time he touched the ball at Madison Square Garden by Knicks fans. It's safe to say Knicks supporters will always boo Porzingis for the rest of his NBA career after the way his New York tenure ended.
It's a new era for the Knicks starting in 2020-21, as the franchise is under new leadership. Former CAA agent Leon Rose is the new president of basketball operations, while former Chicago Bulls and Minnesota Timberwolves head coach Tom Thibodeau is the new coach.
New York fans are praying that Rose and Thibs can save the organization from owner James Dolan and put a winning product out on the floor.
