The New York Knicks have turned things around and currently sit in sixth place in the Eastern Conference with a 30-27 record. Despite this, there is always room for improvement, but in New York's case, said reinforcements could come from the Euroleague.

This is a piece of interesting news, as the Knicks already have quite a number of guards on the roster, namely, Elfrid Payton, Derrick Rose, Reggie Bullock, Immanuel Quickley, Alec Burks, and Frank Ntilikina. The aforementioned names all have knocks in their games and Rose, especially has quite the injury history. Burks will miss time, because of health and safety protocols.

A high level of basketball is played in the Euroleague and it has and continues to be a source of NBA talent, although most Euroleague players that make the transition come from the draft.

In the 27 games James played in for CSKA Moscow, he averaged 19.3 points, 3.1 boards, and 5.7 dimes, per contest. His percentages are decent and at 30 years of age, he displays veteran savvy that could be useful for a Knicks team with so much young talent.

At 6'1 and 190 pounds, he will be giving up much size to his matchup and is not known for his defense. Then again, Payton solves this problem.

On the other hand, Vildoza is a younger and larger prospect. His production is significantly lower compared to James, but he also had less playing time. Vildoza put up 10.1 points, two boards, 3.4 assists, and 1.6 steals per outing in 31 Euroleague games. The Argentinian plays for Kirolbet Basconia in Spain.
