During the Los Angeles Lakers' matchup with the Phoenix Suns, Arizona Cardinals quarterback Kyler Murray was sitting courtside. The experience that he paid a lot of money for came away with a priceless in-game interaction.

When there was a stoppage in play, James walked over to Murray to shake hands with him. It was a clear sign of respect from one of the greatest basketball players in history to one of the NFL's up and coming stars.

Murray told the media after a recent Cardinals' practice that James is ‘like Michael Jordan to kids my age' and that it was a ‘pretty dope' experience to be able to watch him play against the Suns.

“It was crazy for me,” Murray said, via the team's official website. “He’s like Michael Jordan to kids my age. Getting to watch him up close and then him acknowledging me at the game was pretty dope.”

Similarly to how Murray grew up watching James, there are kids out there now that will be looking up to him while he is making plays for the Cardinals. That is something that the top pick in the 2019 NFL Draft said is ‘everything I've dreamt of' at such a young age.

“It’s everything I’ve dreamt of, where I thought I’d be at this point in my life,” Murray said, “but it’s kind of crazy that it’s actually happening.”
