Dwight Howard and the Los Angeles Lakers are just one win away from the 2020 NBA Finals. First, they'll need to take care of the Denver Nuggets in Game 5, in which case they'll move on to face either the Miami Heat or Boston Celtics. If the Lakers reach the Finals, it'll be their first time there since 2010, when the Lakers were led by Kobe Bryant and Pau Gasol.

The Lakers won a tightly contested Game 4 in the final minutes to take a 3-1 series lead over Denver. The Nuggets, however, have already come back from two 3-1 deficits this postseason alone as well as three in the last two years. When asked about what the Lakers have to do and what their mentality is for Game 5, Dwight Howard took a page out of Kobe Bryant's book.

“It's simple,” Dwight Howard said. “The job is not finished.” [We've got to] Go out there and dominate, first quarter to fourth quarter. Don't worry about ht refs, don't worry about missed shots. Just go out there and do what we do best. Play Laker basketball and get good win.”

Dwight Howard made his first start of the playoffs for the Lakers, finishing with 12 points and 11 rebounds in 23 minutes of play. His physical play on Nuggets' star Nikola Jokic hasn't always worked against the guy they call ‘Joker,' but it's helped the Lakers take a 3-1 series lead through the first four games.
