Dwyane Wade may be LeBron James' best friend, but Flash is still in awe of the Los Angeles Lakers superstar.

After James booked his 10th trip to the NBA Finals, D-Wade gave this well-deserved congratulatory message to his good buddy on Twitter:

Spot on, D-Wade.

LeBron James had a monster triple-double performance in the Lakers' 117-107 Game 5 win over the Denver Nuggets on Saturday. The four-time MVP finished with 38 points, 16 rebounds, and 10 assists, with 16 of his 38 coming in the fourth quarter.

James' incredible final frame included a clutch stretch late in the game that ultimately closed the door on the Nuggets for good. The King scored nine points in succession in under two minutes, knocking down three mid-range jumpers and a dagger 3-pointer to give the Lakers a 12-point cushion with under two minutes left.

Of LeBron James' 10 Finals appearances, four of them came alongside Mr. Wade with the Miami Heat. Together with Chris Bosh, the Big Three won back-to-back titles with the Heat in 2012 and 2013. They went to the NBA Finals all four seasons they were together.

James is now on his personal quest of capturing championship No. 4. Only four more wins separate him from winning his fourth ring, and the Lakers certainly have to be the favorite at this point.

Ironically enough, LeBron James could very well face his former squad in the NBA Finals, with Miami leading the Eastern Conference Finals 3-2 over the Boston Celtics. Wade would certainly have a tough decision in choosing which team to root for should the Lakers-Heat showdown happen in the Finals. Would it be his best friend's squad, or would it be the franchise he spent nearly his entire career with? If anything, it's probably a win-win for the Heat legend.
