A 17-year-old boy named Ethan Liming was recently beaten to death near Los Angeles Lakers superstar LeBron James' I Promise school in Akron, Ohio. The teenager was involved in a fight with another group of boys and sadly, he sustained fatal injuries.

The recording of the 911 call that was made during the incident has now surfaced and it provides a harrowing depiction of the immediate aftermath of the beating.

“We’re at the I Promise school in Akron, Ohio,” Liming's friend said in the 911 phone call that was placed at 10:42 p.m. on June 2nd. “Our friend just got knocked out. We don’t know what to do.”

The operator then prompted the caller with a series of questions about the incident, which took place in the parking lot of the I Promise basketball courts. It was revealed that Liming was supposedly still breathing at the time of the call. Several voices can also be heard in the background talking. The caller was also heard saying that the fight was already over before the call trailed off.

According to reports, the fight started after Liming and his friends were confronted by another group in the I Promise school parking lot. This was after Liming's group allegedly shot at the other group using a toy water bead gun. A fight broke loose and it ended up with Ethan Liming getting knocked out.

The three suspects in the fatal beating have since been arrested and are being held on a $1 million bond.
