Kentavious Caldwell-Pope speaks out on clutch Game 4 for Lakers vs. Heat
Caldwell-Pope spoke with Lakers reporter Mike Trudell and shared what his mindset was during the game. On top of believing in his own shooting prowess, KCP shared that his teammates trusted him by keeping on dishing him the ball.
“Just stay within the game. Don’t let a miss dictate my next shot. I lean on that a lot. I just go with it. Stay with my rhythm, my flow and just continue to shoot the ball. I know I’m a shooter,” the Lakers guard shared, per Spectrum SportsNet.

KCP sure proved to the Lakers hopeful why he’s donning the Purple and Gold. At the beginning of the season, he received several criticisms from fans due to his inconsistent play. Some even wanted him out of the team. But as the season progressed, he showed what he can bring to the table and how he can impact winning. In their Game 4 win, he surely brought it.
