After his big Game 4 performance against the Miami Heat, Kentavious Caldwell-Pope of the Los Angeles Lakers shared what boosted his confidence from beginning right up to the end.

Caldwell-Pope spoke with Lakers reporter Mike Trudell and shared what his mindset was during the game. On top of believing in his own shooting prowess, KCP shared that his teammates trusted him by keeping on dishing him the ball.

ā€œJust stay within the game. Don't let a miss dictate my next shot. I lean on that a lot. I just go with it. Stay with my rhythm, my flow and just continue to shoot the ball. I know I'm a shooter,ā€ the Lakers guard shared, per Spectrum SportsNet.

Kentavious Caldwell-Pope finished the game with 15 points, three rebounds, and five assists. He was 6-of-12 from the field and 3-of-8 from downtown. His biggest buckets came down the stretch, two of which were a short corner 3-pointer and a driving lay-up which gave the Lakers a seven-point lead with two minutes left.
